1. The points earned from any Billing will expire after 90 days from the date of issue. [FIFO]
2. Points will expire if your loyalty account remains inactive for 90 Days. Account activity includes making qualifying purchases, engaging with our brand, or participating in specified program activities.
3. Prior to the expiration of your points, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via SMS. Notifications may include reminders of the upcoming expiration date and instructions on how to prevent points from expiring.
4. Certain points may be exempt from expiration, such as promotional points or bonus points earned through special offers. These exceptions will be clearly outlined in the terms and conditions of the loyalty program.
5. “Kabhi B” reserves the right to modify or terminate the point’s expiry policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to members via our website, SMS, or other designated channels.
